Swingate Gardens is situated along the County TASTE TRAIL, close to the famous Black River Cheese Factory.
Enjoy the Sandbanks Provincial Park, the fishing in South Bay or Bay of Quinte or any of the other great fishing lakes in our area. Special rates for fishing and hunting parties available.

Great bicycle routes throughout the County. Bring your own bike or rent it at various locations in Picton, Bloomfield or Wellington. Famous Bird-Watching and Banding locations.
During the winter season, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails are available, especially through the Sand Dunes of Sandbanks Provincial Park.

2 fully equipped Suites are awaiting you.

The Nature Suite (upper level) with 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed, one with double bed. Large deck overlooking wildlife area.
Additional pull-out sofa on the living room and roll away cot.
The Garden Suite (lower level) with two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second one with 2 bunk beds. Additional pull-out sofa in the living room.
Both suites have large eat in kitchen, large, cozy living rooms, 4 pc bathroom (Nature Suite), 3pc bathroom at Garden Suite. Large decks with access to the garden.
First morning breakfast provided. Ideal for 3 to 4 couples or extended family.

Our Policies

Check-in time is anytime after 4 p.m. - check-out is anytime up to 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Weekly Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
50% deposit on booking - Balance on arrival. Payable by  cheque, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
14 days notice: 90% refund
72 hrs notice: 50% refund
24 hrs notice: 25% refund.
Less then 24 hrs: there will be no refund.
